Our club meets every second Thursdayat the Down Under Room at the Cedars Retirement Center in McPherson, Ks.

We have 23 members with varying degrees of experience from beginner to teachers.

Poem-- China  of Today

             ---unknown

I'll paint with "rosy outlook pink"

with lots of "sunshine yellow",

and then I'll add "contentment green"

some gold to make things mellow.

I'll brush in lots of happiness

to make the day much brighter,

and helpful tasks I'll find to do,

that make some burden lighter.

I'll brush in the things I've planned and done as hours go by,

Then above all this I'll paint a blue and cloudless sky.

And if I'm skillful with my brush,

then all that I portray will create a happy picture on the china of today
